About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with a strong background in electrical, electronics, embedded systems, or mechanical engineering, ideally within one or more of our key sectors. You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering complex engineering solutions, supporting product development, and leading key technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Lead the design, development, and validation of hardware and software solutions. 
- 
Work on embedded systems, electronics, or mechanical components, depending on expertise. 
- 
Support product transfers, manufacturing processes, and supply chain optimisation. 
- 
Conduct technical feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses. 
- 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical designers, and project managers. 
- 
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. 
- 
Ensure projects comply with industry regulations and quality standards (ISO, CE, FDA, etc.). 
- 
Engage with clients to understand technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions. 
Key Requirements
- 
Degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
- 
5+ years of experience in an engineering role, ideally in medical devices, defence, aerospace, or industrial automation. 
- 
Strong expertise in at least one of the following: - 
Electronics & Embedded Systems (PCB design, microcontrollers, firmware development) 
- 
Mechanical Engineering (FEA, CAD, system integration) 
- 
Software Engineering (embedded C, Python, or industrial automation software) - 
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing process optimisation. 
- 
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (ISO 13485, AS9100, IEC 60601, etc.). 
- 
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges. 
- 
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- 
Experience in FPGA, AI/ML, or IoT technologies. 
- 
Knowledge of supply chain and cost reduction strategies. 
- 
Previous experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role.

About the Role
As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bastion Associates’ market presence. You will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Bastion Associates’ services. 
- 
Identify and engage with potential clients across engineering and technology sectors. 
- 
Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts (website, SEO, social media, email campaigns). 
- 
Create sales collateral, presentations, and case studies to showcase our expertise. 
- 
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. 
- 
Drive lead generation efforts through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach. 
- 
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business success. 
- 
Collaborate with technical teams to translate engineering solutions into compelling sales propositions.

Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and marketing ROI 
Key Requirements
- 
Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 
- 
3+ years in a marketing or sales role, preferably in engineering, technology, or B2B services. 
- 
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management. 
- 
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing. 
- 
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
- 
Ability to work independently and drive strategic marketing & sales initiatives. 
- 
A passion for technology, engineering, and innovative solutions. 
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 
Previous experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or technology consulting. 
- 
Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. 
- 
Experience in technical content creation and storytelling. 
- 
Established network within medical, defence, aerospace, or tech industries.
